What we deliver

Business opportunities that meet our filter: (1) a match to your target market; (2) a publicly visible email-authentication gap or an IT-related job posting, read from public DNS records and public job listings; (3) a way to reach the business, meaning the general inbox it publishes on its own website or its listed business phone, that is not on our do-not-contact list. Each opportunity is delivered to one client only and is never delivered to another client. If the reported gap has already been fixed when you first open an opportunity, we replace it at no charge. Delivery of a qualifying opportunity completes our obligation for that record. We do not guarantee meetings, sales or revenue.

Plans and pricing

Scout: $2,750/month, 50 opportunities per billing cycle.
Hunter: $4,950/month, 150 opportunities per billing cycle.
Command: $8,950/month, 400 opportunities per billing cycle, including a lock on up to 3 industries in your metro, where available.
Full-City Lock (Command only): $6,000/month. While active, we do not deliver opportunities in your metro to any other client.
Annual billing is 10% less than twelve monthly payments and is paid in advance.
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the 1st of each month; the first charge is prorated.
Opportunities do not roll over to the next cycle.
If a payment fails, deliveries pause until it is paid. You can still sign in to update your card.
Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

No revenue share

Your subscription is the only charge. We take no share of the deals you close.

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Our methods, scoring, selection criteria, software, and the opportunities and reports we deliver are Vanguard Data's confidential and proprietary information. Delivered data is licensed to you for your own firm's outreach only. You may not resell, share or publish it; use it to build, train or improve a competing product or dataset; copy, scrape or automatically collect content from our website, preview, grade tool or portal; or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our methods or source code. These obligations survive cancellation. If you breach them, we may end your access immediately without refund and seek any remedies available to us.

Your responsibilities

Use delivered data only for lawful business-to-business outreach. Comply with CAN-SPAM and other applicable laws, honor opt-outs and forward them to us, and do not resell the data.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel anytime from your billing portal or by emailing support@vanguarddata.io. Monthly plans end at the close of the current billing cycle. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year and are not refunded for unused months. Opportunities already delivered remain yours to use under these terms.
